1. Preparation phase
- Our service is tailored for specifically to our clients need.
- Some clients come right at the start with a blank sheet of paper and plenty of time to prepare.
- Some people come at the very last minute and want to do a final run through with practice questions to build up their confidence. Even if you feel confident winging it, there is still huge value in running through it at least once with rigorous cross-examination and feedback.
- The earlier we get involved, the more impact we can have whilst there is plenty of time to make a difference.

2. Diagnostic phase
- We start with an initial run through.
- Are you clear what outcomes you want?
- What actions do you want your audience to take?
- Do you know your audience?
- Will give you feedback on the first impression that you make.
- How much will you get people to listen, understand and engage?
- What will people remember?
- How do you make them feel?
- How do you come across personally?
- Are you trustworthy, safe, professional?
- Do you give straight answers?
- Are you being yourself?
- Have you done your research?
- Do you have adequate information and knowledge?

3. Challenge phase
- This is a mini version of The Devils Advocate service. If you start very early, you can do the full thing and get maximum benefit.
- Even if you come at the last moment, we will get the best out of you.
- Do you clearly communicate what problem you solve?
- Do you describe your solution, your business model clearly?
- Do you know who are your ideal customers and how you will find them?
- Why is the market ready for disruption and why now?
- Who are you on your team?
- Are you up to the job? Do you have what it takes?
- Are your arguments concise, well communicated, well argued and thoroughly tested?
- Can you back up what you say with evidence, data and experience?
- Do your assertions and assumptions stand up to scrutiny?
- Is it clear and concise or are you drowning us in detail?
- What feelings do you create?
- Do you use jargon or word a five-year-old or 15-year-old understand?
- What structure do you use?
- What's the story architecture like?
- Do you communicate your values, purpose and vision?

4. Creative performance phase
- We use a variety of techniques including role-play, acting, improvisation to get you comfortable and confident as a presenter.
- We have a toolbox of exercises to make your pitch the best it can be.

5. Communication phase
- The more you can practice, the better.
- We will help you rehearse.
- If you can, practice in context.
- Record, watch & feedback.
- You can test your pitch with a sample of your audience
- We will give you rigorous Q & A practice
- We will prepare you for challenging interruptions and curve balls.

6. Post-pitch feedback
- Afterwards, we ask you to tell us out what went well and what could be even better next time.

The Cost
