Decision-making coaching & facilitation

- Improve your decision-making with our rigorous and comprehensive methodology
- This can be done briefly by telephone/online at a critical moment or can be done very thoroughly over hours or days where there is a major decision to take and you want to test it thoroughly
- This is most useful where the decision is important, high-value and especially where there is uncertainly, complexity, conflict, high risk/rewards
- Stock picking meeting- we can apply the decision facilitation technique to improve your stock picking meeting. We can come along as an observer and participant to assess the potential to improve it.
