1. Decision-Facilitation Workshop:

The Decision Facilitation Workshop is an immersive experience for an individual or small group with a big decision to make. Adan will facilitate you through an objective, rigorous, challenging intellectual and experiential process to help you arrive at a clear decision. You will make your decision using your whole inner compass - purpose, mission, values, interests, needs, goals, logic, reason, intuition, gut instinct, heart intelligence, energetics, mindfulness, emotional, social, spiritual and body intelligence. You will explore your competing inner voices - buy, sell, hold, doubt, fear, anxiety, peer pressure, influencers, stakeholders, wise elder, inner child, confidence, customers to reach a decision with a clear plan and inner agreement. If it's a group decision, you will examine the group dynamics, power, personalities, politics and perspectives.

Most people successfully take the decision with high-conviction and a clear action plan in one session. The rest gain greater clarity about the steps and conditions required to achieve a decision.
