and knowledge in Finance, Taxation, Legal, Commercial Negotiations, Commercial, Tourism & CSR.
He has substantial experience in Travel and Tourism, Exports, Commercial Negotiations, Commercial, Tourism & CSR, Private Placements and Buy-outs for SMEs. Vernon also takes a keen interest in the Insurance space. Vernon is creative and has an enthusiastic bent of mind towards Social work in the Ecology and Education space.
Previously, Vernon was involved in successfully building from scratch, a Travel and Tourism Company and running it for 20 years. In addition he has been advising travel companies on their growth as well as exit strategies. Prior to this, Vernon headed the Finance Operations of one of the fastest growing Tour Operating companies and was instrumental in sourcing funding for Hotel projects and structuring a Bought-Out deal for the organization.
Vernon is a Chartered Accountant and based in Mumbai.
