Hardik has 15+ years of experience in managing and scaling up small and medium sized enterprises in various sectors from retail to education to
real estate. Armed with a wealth of experience in raising the profiles of companies; at Adan, Hardik is responsible for deal origination and
formulating and implementing the go-to-market strategies for M&A and fund raising.
Additionally, he is leading the transformation programme to implement the blueprint to implement processes and systems for market intelligence, CRM, market research, marketing, branding, PR, key account management, articulation of the brand and proactive engagement with external stakeholders and media.
Hardik has a Bachelors degree in Information Systems from Brunel University, UK.
