Craig is a board-certified real estate attorney with more than twenty-five years legal experience and has closed billions of dollars in transactions. His expertise includes: shopping centers, shopping malls, apartment buildings, assisted living facilities, subdivisions, medical campuses and portfolios acquisitions of each of these.
Stated succinctly, Craig has been involved in every conceivable facet of real estate development, acquisition and disposition. This area of expertise has extended itself to the agricultural sector as well to include: commercial farming, medical cannabis, and vineyards and wineries.
Craig has managed corporate turnarounds, served as interim CEO, provided creative solutions for distressed property workouts and has litigated extensively. He has handled over 1,000 legal cases and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court.
He has a unique expertise in U.S. Federal Indian Law and can advise on operations upon Indian Lands in the United States for casinos and other opportunities. Craig is retired from the United States Marine Corps, where he retired from the reserves after 26 years and can advise in the area of defense contracting and procurement for significant matters.
Craig is a graduate of Washington University School of Law (J.D.) where he attended on full academic scholarship. He holds an LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law and is pursuing an MBA from London Business School.
