and decision-making related to international business strategy, operational and business development, and organization alignment and has
a successful track record of achieving results in challenging conditions in the Engineering and Construction industry.
Carlos specialises in operational and business development, financial and risk management within the Engineering and Construction industry. He also has experience in design wind farms and launching business within the green and renewable energy. Carlos advocates a long term view of value creation.
Previously, he was a Partner and CEO with Electrical Enterprise Company Limited and E&E Engineering Company Limited based in Macau, China. He was a Deputy Managing Director in Ominnstal (Elecnor Grup) and a Business Unit Director at C.M.E. in Portugal.
Carlos is a Sloan Fellow (Masters in Strategy and Leadership) from London Business School, holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, a Masters in Financial Engineering from Stanford University and an Engineering degree in (Electrical Energy and Systems) from Higher Institute of Engineering, Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal.
